Unfortunately, the lender chose this company not me. I have never seen a company that has so much trouble communicating, I have never seen a title company that I have to keep pointing out the laws to, and what has to be done and that when something has been completed you don't have to wait or do it again. I actually asked them if they had a real attorney that worked there since I obviously knew more about the legal aspects of my title and the law than the rep did.
