We refinanced back in December, and as part of the deal, they were supposed to pay my property taxes. A few months later, I received a delinquent notice from my MUD stating that the taxes hadn’t been paid. I found out they had sent the payment to the wrong entity. I have worked in this industry for over 20 years and this is one of the WORST title companies I have ever dealt with. Their communication was horrible, everything little thing took days for them to respond and they were effectively useless regarding clearing the title but the absolute best is the fact that I am paying for their services and still had to pay the city to print my own deed.
