We refinanced back in December, and as part of the deal, they were supposed to pay my property taxes. A few months later, I received a delinquent notice from my MUD stating that the taxes hadn’t been paid. I found out they had sent the payment to the wrong entity. They had me sign a document so the county could issue me a refund and told me it would take 30–45 days. I ended up paying the taxes myself while waiting for that refund. I have worked in this industry for over 20 years and this is one of the WORST title companies I have ever dealt with. Their communication was horrible, everything little thing took days for them to respond and they were effectively useless regarding clearing the title but the absolute best is the fact that I am paying for their services and still had to pay the city to print my own deed. WORST TITLE COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. I am the buyers agent in a real estate transaction and everything from start to finish has been extremely unprofessional, unorganized, And a huge lack of communication. I've had to send the SAME documents to SEVERAL different people as they cannot keep up with anything. They never answer the phone. Emails are always slow and vague.
