Had my lawn almost catch fire after his lawn mower leaked gasoline everywhere and sparked!!! Do not buy his services!!!
It was bad
I wanted a few thousand lbs of top soil delivered to top dress part of my lawn. Cleared Hot Pro. Serv. made 2 stops to find good clean top soil and still showed up on time, truck and equipment were squared away, did what he said he would do with pride and cleaned up when done.
Called Ken for help in preparing a listing that we needed to get ready for market. The property needed an overhaul due to being unoccupied for a while. Ken kept myself and my client fully informed the entire time, would FaceTime us to show us progress and overdelivered in final presentation. Extremely professional, responsive and we couldn’t be happier with the final product.
