The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. I asked for an invoice, but they didn't give me one for over a week. I was wondering whether I'd get one at all. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid.
