They answer the phone and take care of you the way they should. People expecting the Mayo Clinic need to chill.
The girl answering the phone didn't even know if they were located in the actual hospital when asked about covid boosters. How does one not know they are located INSIDE THE HOSPITAL. Waste of time.
Came for a sent covid test.. waited outside for 30 minutes and no one is answering the phone and I have called 30 times. Someone came out for someone else and didn't even bother to acknowledge me and my daughter.
