Just had a procedure done last Wednesday June 10, 2026. Locked in my surgery date and submitted my FMLA paperwork to the office between two different people and both lost my paperwork through email and text messages. How is that possible? Must’ve had to remind them over ten times through phone calls and emails and finally the day of the surgery they finally got it done when all that should’ve been done weeks ago so I didn’t have worry about getting approved AFTER my surgery.
