Wonderful people work there..
I locked my appointment for surgery at in the middle of May and submitted my FMLA paperwork to the office. Waited two weeks and contacted them to remind them I needed my paperwork so I can get paid while taking off work and they told me they lost the paperwork. So I sent it to them again in hopes I can get this done before the surgery and days went by while I kept calling them to remind them.
