Good afternoon, Throughout my visit at the Clear Choice office today, I was treated with professionalism and courtesy from the complete staff. I would like to say that Ms. Leblanc was very attentive and clear in her explanation of the Process and what would take Place throughout my treatment plan. Had a good experience and learned about my situation. The matter was left by the contact person that she was going to talk with the doctor to share my thoughts about proceeding. The doctor was not in so when he returned she and he were going to chat. Never heard back from anyone. Also Clear Choice did a Credit Review on me with the amount far in excess than the number I was told would be the cost. Those kind of inquiries become part of my credit bureau report negatively impacting my credit rating. On both counts, I am not ha... read more
I had such a great experience with ClearChoice! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and respectful. They took their time with me, explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my options without making me feel rushed or pressured.
