Procedure went fine (tooth extraction and home graft), protective membrane released a week before removal on a Saturday morning - exactly zero of the doctors (mine or otherwise) answered their emergency numbers or returned missed calls. A few rang twice and then went to voice mail. No returned calls. I'm left not knowing what to do.
Exceptionally good treatment care and follow-up. Just finished stage one of a successful, virtually painless pre-implant surgery that removed two upper teeth and performed a gum graft by Dr. Hoda Hosseini and her team. From day one to now the office staff have been efficient and caring. I chose the one-pain-pill beforehand option and was amazed at the smooth and quick procedure. The complete system is first class, informative and professional.
