I had a close relative go to Clearbrook for treatment 3 times. Each time, he got a bit better. The entire treatment a family advocate contacted me and made sure I was alright too. I was informed of his treatment specialist and treatment plan throughout. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful to both my relative and myself throughout. I highly recommend this treatment facility to anyone who needs help.
Most of the staff was nice enough, but when I went there, there was many problems. This was about 4 years ago, and I have been sober since. But I think the dread of going back to this place played a larger role than what I actually experienced there. The main thing I had a problem with is manipulation. They will say things like “maybe we will help you get methadone if you go to the 60 day program”. Something you know isn’t true at all. They also took away my ADHD meds. I came with 3 prescriptions in bags cause the bottles were broke, wouldn't accept me after ubering me to the other end of mass wouldn't give my scripts back 2 being narcotics that I could literally die with out benzos I called the police they took me to the hospital to get help. And they did absolutely nothing said I had to figure it out on my own so I'm stuck on the other side of the state without my scripts and no where to go this is the most insane situation I've ever been in cause of this center, be extremely careful goi... read more
