I was very worried about my car making a noise, thinking that the transmission was slipping. I am not a mechanic at all. I called and spoke to Cody, he was so kind and said to come on in and he would look at the fluids. I was there in a matter of minutes, he met me outside and took quite a long time trying to help, ultimately coming with a drive to see if it happened again. This shop is my go to for most automotive needs. It is not just a transmission shop. Also Lak (Owner) and Cody (Shop Lead) are both men of great character. I have been pleasantly surprised by their honesty, it's not a common thing in the industry. I will continue to recommend this shop to my friends, family and customers.
Staff are extremely rude and careless. They will be nice in the beginning until you commit. Then it’s all lies and zero communication. They will tell you what you want to hear and then ghost you until you call for an update. Cody the so called manager should be fired. He has an attitude problem and couldn’t care less about doing what he promises. Also, be prepared for them as others have mentioned to have your vehicle left UNLOCKED outside. Very prompt service & did not try to upsale me plus they sang oldies rock songs while they worked! 6 stars!!!
I just went to get my flashers fixed because they wouldn't stop flashing for hours. I went in, and was pleasantly surprised by how easy they made the process so easy and unstressful..... was told " come back in a hour or two when I have the part and we will get you going ASAP!! I felt like I knew what to expect and they were direct. Will be bringing my vehicle back for more work because I'm a happy customer and loved how this experience was so easy and pleasant.
