Gab. was very unprofessional, promised to come and service my pool after neighbor had his palms trimmed and had left my pool full of trimmings. Gab promised for three days he would be out. Never called, and never showed up, even after i repediatly called snd spoke to him.Do not use this pool service, you will be very very sorry.
They were sent to us through our Home Warranty company for leaking filter chamber. They came once and never returned calls. They did not send the diagnosis to Home Warranty Company. It has delayed repairs by days and our pool is getting dirty. I would not advise getting your service done through them. They are very unreliable.
Edited - original post below. Our pool light ultimately never worked properly after opting for the more expensive light. I spent months trying to get them to come out to correct the issue. Gabe answered once, definitely on accident, and caught off guard said he’d call back to schedule. He never did and essentially they ghosted us and have never picked up a call.
