If I could put zero stars I would. This is a horrible place to ever live at. They are Judge Metal. They harrass you on all the time. And if you choose to buy they will make everything sound good but once your trailer gets out off date they will take you to court and kick you out and take over your mortgage. They do no care about you or your kids they are all about money lived there for 4 years and had nothing but problems please save yourself some money and sanity
