I struggle with posting this review because it's been a roller coaster when it comes to service, quality, and responsiveness with Clear Water. In the beginning, everything was great. Throughout the project, good but could have been better with communication. Finished product- great at first! And then the problems arose...our pool deck tiles started shifting, the sod they put down never grew in because they didn’t clear the rocks and debris before putting down new sod, and our grout cracked, shifted, and washed away. Clearwater pools constructed my pool and did a really great job. I absolutely love how the pool turned out. They are great to work with and Jose was a good project manager on the job. We had a few warranty items come up and Clearwater pools eventually addressed everything but it took a little bit of time. I will continue to recommend them!
Alex and Co built my pool but 1 year after pool developed leaks and the deck tile cracked in many places. It was a result of poor workmanship. In addition to that, company wouldn't even come in to look at possible repairs, so now I'm looking for better company to fix multiple issues with the pool. Stay away for this company!
