Jace was great and completed the install quickly and efficiently. He cleaned everything up and even helped guide me in fixing a different issue at the house. At some point we will need our RO system fixed or replaced and I will definitely reach out to him again for the work. Will highly recommend him and your company to anyone need ing your services. Clear Water Concepts installed our water softener/whole house filtration system and RO system a couple years ago. We're very happy with both. I especially appreciate the company's excellent customer service--during visits and on the phone. I've called a few times with some questions about the systems and they've always been gracious and helpful. We always have them come out to change our RO filters and check our softener each year. Updated review: Company is under new ownership since our purchase and was very responsive once they became aware of our concerns. Our initial experience seems to have been an anomaly. They came out immediately (within 1 day) to check the system and to ensure it functions properly. Appreciate the response and information they shared about the system. My water is Great. I now drink from the RO system. My shower has more lather. Josh who sold me the system was upfront and informative. The installer was France or what ever his name was, did a great job Litchfield park
The technician Zachary Taylor provided excellent service. I was very satisfied with his efficiency. After completing the equipment installation, he patiently explained some useful information about the device to me and even helped fix my faucet as well.
