This is the second time I have used Clear Water Concepts and they provided me with great service again. They flushed my tankless hot water heater, checked out my soft water system and changed the RO cartridges. Ari and Franz were great to work with. They showed up on time, provided great information to me and their pricing was fair and reasonable for the great service I received. I would certainly recommend them!!!
Jace was great and completed the install quickly and efficiently. He cleaned everything up and even helped guide me in fixing a different issue at the house. Very good job installing our RO system and it is working perfectly. We also have their whole house softener and that works great as well. Not happy that we were told our warranty is void after the installation was completed because our city water pressure tested over 80 psi. So we are stuck without the warranty that was included in the price - with no warning. Not good.
