From Joshua in sales to Hunter and Jace at installation everything was top notch. Living in Mesa, Arizona at Hawes Crossing Community having a water softener and R/O system installed is par for the course. We couldn't say enough about the great experience we had. If you want to add value to your home and keep your water systems running smoothly this is the way to go.
Ted came out to service my house today and did a water test, installed the water softener and RO system. He did a great job and answered all the questions I had. I recommend.
Very good job installing our RO system and it is working perfectly. We also have their whole house softener and that works great as well. Not happy that we were told our warranty is void after the installation was completed because our city water pressure tested over 80 psi. So we are stuck without the warranty that was included in the price - with no warning. Not good.
Zachary Taylor and his partner came over to do an annual filter change out on our kitchen RO system. Very clean and professional service. Explained everything well and did an excellent job. Clean Water systems have the best service technicians in Gilbert. Both technicians wore shoe covers in our home. Very impressive guys.
