Eric and his team are professionals: friendly, respectful being in one's home but best of all (obviously) leave the windows absolutely sparkling. The view is mesmerising with such clear windows. (The clouds have never looked so clear.) The pollen this year was pretty intense and I hadn't realised how dirty our windows were! It is wonderful having such clean windows again.
