American company, that is a great start! DeAnn was pleasant to work with firming up what would serve my needs….she is a nice company asset! Now I wait for delivery, after which I will get to evaluate that area of service. Also liked videos that explained assembly and other aspects of setting up the complete system. So far everything was excellent!
My cyclone has been installed for several years and has worked wonderfully, with my large professional machines, and continuing as I have downsized my shop. At peak I had seven 5 hp motors on various machines, but still have a sawstop, Powermatic Shaper and Planer, etc.
