Just had a poor experience with this office. They confirmed our appointments via texts and phone calls for my wife and me. When we arrived the very unfriendly receptionist acted like we made a mistake and had a poor attitude. She then said she could not find our insurance information. She said they tried to call us but couldn't reach us. Again, they texted and called just fine a week ago. RecommendedI have been seeing (pun intended) Dr. Woodring for almost 7 years now. She is very knowledgeable and personable! I also love the staff there as they are very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend Clear Vision!
Had a glitch with the manufacturer and Clear Vision went out of their way to make good on my new glasses. They handled my repeated calls professionally and I would recommend because any issue was out of their control, and they came through. Customer service and product is 5+. Thank you.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Clear Vision Family Eyecare. My son recently went for his first pair of contacts and the staff and Doctors went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and relaxed. They were patient,caring, and kind!! Highly recommend Clear Vision Family Eyecare! The doctors are exceptional and the front staff are very attentive. They provide individualized care and take the time to listen to each patient's needs. So glad we have them in our area!

Dr. Mihalacki is the best doctor I have ever seen. She is thorough and caring. Excellent bedside manner. I wish I could find a PCP just like her. The world needs more doctors like her. I highly highly highly recommend Dr. Mihalacki.

Dr. Shannon is the absolute best. I took for granted that eye care was pretty standard related to annual checkups and contact lens care management. I didn't realize how much better it could actually be until my first appointment with Shannon. She genuinely listened to all of my concerns (ex: vision strain, mental fatigue, contact lens fatigue) and made somewhat life changing adjustments and recommendations.
