Well now I know why these guys are not an approved network provider to AAA. Besides all the miscommunications, two days after replacement my windshield is cracked. They claim from a rock strike. The tinest of pebble hit my windshield i guess... I had to put my camera at at 5x zoom to see it. All i know is Saturday night my car wa a fine, Sunday morning massive crack. These people are scammers. Recently I went for regular maintenance at Toyota. One random person walked by and was cleaning my windshield. He found one small bee size scratch outside of my windshield and said it’s a chip. You have to repair it and file claim through insurance zero deductible. There will force you to make the claim an take insurance even after saying I don’t have any issue with it. There is no cracks nothing. There just file it and doesn’t do good job at all.
