These people are scammers. Recently I went for regular maintenance at Toyota. One random person walked by and was cleaning my windshield. He found one small bee size scratch outside of my windshield and said it’s a chip. You have to repair it and file claim through insurance zero deductible. There will force you to make the claim an take insurance even after saying I don’t have any issue with it. There is no cracks nothing. There just file it and doesn’t do good job at all.
