These people are idiots!! How they're still in business is beyond me. Not only can they NOT replace a windshield correctly, the inside of the windshield was dirty, they didn't transfer my oil change sticker, they turned off safety features via the touch screen console and left them off, and didn't fill my front tires as requested. When I spoke with the manager to explain the situation, he told me to call him the following Monday to get an appointment scheduled. Samuel and Jordan were very helpful! My rear-view mirror broke and I needed the whole windshield replaced. Sam was able to get my deductible waived and they got everything replaced within the hour. I'm thankful for their help and for how quick everything was! Thank you guys so much!
I recently had a highly negative experience related to a windshield replacement for a loaner vehicle obtained from Suburban Chrysler Dodge Troy which they contract through Clear Vision Auto Glass. While using the loaner, the windshield sustained a chip, and I understand I was responsible for the repair costs.
