Total disorganization! My first appt was scheduled for 4:15 and I wasn’t seen until 5 - and I didn’t leave until 6pm. Although I made it clear that I wanted contacts, the Doctor proceeded with an eyeglass exam even though my eyeglass prescription wasn’t expired. The Doctor did complete the contact lense exam for me, but she seemed more annoyed than I was. She scheduled me for a follow up appt a week later. Doctor Steven was very thorough and suggest contact lenses that work for my visions need and also cost effective.
I scheduled an eye exam last week, it was my first eye exam in years. Scheduling was easy the receptionist worked with my schedule as best as she could. The appointment went by smoothly and I left feeling confident and knowledgeable about my eyesight. I look forward to my next annual exam.
Brought my 7yo in for her first eye exam. All staff were extremely welcoming and really took their time given my daughter's overly excited behavior. Highly recommend!
