I went to Clear View Glass to have the glass piece replaced in my wood stove door. He assured me they have experience with this kind of job. He charged me almost $200 for the glass and labor. I got the door back and the glass cracked during the FIRST fire that I built. I went back to ask for a refund or replacement and was told that "the fire I built was too hot and that's why the glass broke" and "well, this kind of thing happens a lot...
