This was my first time at the Mansfield location and I highly recommend this practice. Jeff, Shannon and Jade were very accommodating and knowledgeable about what look I was wanting with my selection of eyewear. They definitely carry a great selection of brands. The doctor was very helpful and nice with my examination.
The doctor took my insurance for my exams but wouldn't take my insurance for contacts. Then didn't tell me about it and charged me full price... And when I called to ask the doctor to call me back so we could get it fixed he didn't call me back, and the Pearl Vision side was not helpful the women I spoke with only blames the doctor instead of looking into it... I finally was able to get A gentleman on the phone who could explain what happened... Horrible experience will not be going back.
I was treated well. Doctor was answering to all my questions patiently.
