I had a tree fall on my garage and Karl was very prompt and did great work getting it all repaired for a very reasonable price!
We recently wanted to take a pass-through wall out of our home. We started the demo ourselves only to realize a 1950's house comes with some very interesting lumber choices and lack of necessary supports. Karl came to look and even inspected our crawlspaces above and below our house. We ended up needing more supports and it turned into a bigger project than we were capable of handling ourselves. Karl came and fixed some plumbing leaks in my bath and kitchen and had to rebuild my kitchen sink. He also recommended some other updates so that other connections would not start to leak as well. He’s super communicative, detail oriented, knowledgeable and made sure he put in quality parts and made sure they worked. He’s awesome!
Thank God for Karl! He helped us renovate our very old and dilapidated farmhouse, transforming it from biohazard to dream home.
