Clear Title Group is my go-to title company. True Story - I had a closing scheduled the day Hurricane Ian was forecast to hit. The Clear Title Sarasota office made every accommodation possible for my buyer so she could get into town and close before the storm intensified (if she had missed that closing date, her mortgage rate would've increased 2%). CTG is the greatest title company. Cece is amazing and always answers all my questions. Maureen, Billy, Chris, Eric and Steven are great as well and are extremely helpful in the home buying process with all your title needs and concerns.
Absolutely not recommended. I have work with many title companies, and have close friends that owns a title company and had never the problems I had with these one. They don’t listen. Worst support ever. You will always get an answering machine and still I am waiting for a call back. They send you to Virtual Closing with just basic instructions not telling you that you need not one, but two witnesses. I paid for witnesses.
