Danny and his team are just wonderful which certainly includes professional, reliable and experts in the field of title. They consistently provide spectacular customer service which includes Danny being available on the Sundays and at late hours. I have been involved in too many real estate transactions to count both in Pennsylvania and Maryland and can't think of another title company that I would choice over them.

They relied on automated software sending out notifications which ultimately resulted in an IRS headache the following year that we had to clear up on our own. Would have been avoided if they had better attention to detail -- something you want from a title company.
