I would advise anyone looking to stay on schedule to stay away from this company. We have already had to postpone our closing date twice due to their appraisers not staying on schedule. I payed $825 for an appraisal over two weeks ago and my appraiser has been “working on his report” for almost as long. Every time I try to call for an update, I get the runaround and no clear answer about a finish date. Not professional, not timely, and no consideration for their clients.
