Our journey began in 2023 when we purchased a home from Solid Rock Realty (who owns Clear Title). The agent recommended using them. At the time we did not know they were one in the same. My father needed something notarized. I called a few places around town, and this place did it FOR FREE!!! I wish I could remember her name, as she was very sweet! They wanted to charge $20 across the street!😳 But she said, "I have to have it for my job, so I don't see the point in charging people." In this day and age, this sort of mindset seems to be rare!
