Danielle and her clear title team rock! I’ve been working with her since she was with her old title company. First deal I did with her was in 2015.thats 11+yrs. We have closed hundreds of deals since. She’s also good with wholesale deals. Some escrow officers don’t know how to or simply don’t do them.
