My pool controller failed the night before a hard freeze, on a Sunday no less. I called Clear Tec in desperation knowing that I could have thousands of dollars in freezing damage if I didn't do something drastic. James answered the call and coached me through draining the pump and filter and had a technician there the next day to repair the controller. THANK YOU!!
We’ve used Clear Tec for three seasons now. We love the email with pictures and updates on the services provided. Great company and costumer experience. Any questions that I’ve had regarding service or issues with the app. are handled or resolved quickly.
I can’t say enough good things about ClearTec! After realizing my salt cell wasn’t producing chlorine I emailed Clear Tec & spoke with James shortly after that. The next morning, Arthur was looking at our equipment, diagnosed & fixed the problem, and within 24 hours the pool was crystal clear again! If you need service on your pool, there’s no need to look for anyone else except Clear Tec!
I have worked with a number of pool companies over the years. There have been other good ones, but mostly mediocre to down-right terrible. Clear Tec has been fantastic from the start. Great communication. Transparency on work, chemicals, equipment, and services available and rendered. They are attentive and more than willing to go the extra mile (and then some) to provide great customer service.
