My parents bought a policy from Brad many years ago. They always spoke highly of him. After they passed, as trustee of their estate, I had questions and concerns. Brad always answered my questions and helped resolve my concerns. He was always there for all of us.
I'm a creature of habit, so the thought of leaving my current supplemental Medicare provider (love the coverage, hate the price) for another plan was not something I strongly considered.
