VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS FACILITY! I Trusted Yall with my baby. Went in several times for a cough that she had. Yall said it was her allergies, give her half a zerytec ( how ever it’s spelled ) and I did you saw her a bunch of times after that. The last time I took her to you I asked not to give any wellness shots due to her loss of weight and loss of muscle mass. Had I known my baby was SICK I could have done something to save her. Their business model is TERRIBLE! I adopted 2 puppies from nearby rescues from other towns, but needed a local vet. I chose this particular vet due to Facebook suggestions. I couldn’t have been more wrong. You are not allowed into the building with your pet…. It’s their policy (business model). I had Been to Clear Spring vet with my fur children on 4 separate occasions. I’ve yet to see what occurs inside those doors and have only met the elusive Dr McBride on one occasion, which was about for 3 minutes as he had come outside... read more
