My father was killed in a workplace accident. This was who the workplace dealt with. It took a while just to get started. Which was frustrating. Everything seemed fine, and we were on good tracks for about 6 months. Then, suddenly we got hit with a letter in the mail that they sold his case to another company. So far the process of switching, everything has been absolutely terrible. The new company didn't get anything until three weeks after the case was supposed to be transferred. Now payments are going to be delayed.
If I could get away without leaving them any stars, I would. One of their insureds backed into me with a hitch, causing damage to my bumper and front quarter panel. The claims coordinator with my insurance company has been unable to get ahold of anyone to file the claim, so I am left covering the damages their insured caused. I was hopeful I would be able to get my deductible reimbursed, but after reading all of these reviews; I will not be holding my breath on that! Absolutely ridiculous.
They authorized payment to my pharmacy on 4 different prescription and then decided they weren't going to pay, so I am left owing them $600. They really don't pay for anything. Cudos to Medicare for shutting them down to Medicare part D members. If what they do isn't illegal, it should be!

With that said I can see why they have such a low review rating and I believe everyone’s postings about negative feedback!!! It is a ghost company when it has to respond to customers. I personally do not recommend this company.
