I contracted with Clear Solutions to repair and plaster my 15 year old pool and my concrete deck. My wife and I could not be happier with the results, and the pool and deck look better than when new. We primarily worked with Kevin on our project to replaster, re-cope, and re-tile our pool. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, and flexible with our needs. He made great recommendations, met with us at the warehouse to pick out exactly what would be used for the job, and was very communicative throughout the process. Had great success with Clear Solutions! They were within what we expected to pay for pool resurfacing. We worked with Kevin and he gave us great information for making a choice. Our pool has never looked better! The work was fast and precise.
Old pool that needed a makeover! I compared a few options but chose Clear Solutions because Kevin was very professional and text responsive from evaluation to project close. Great advise while stepping us through the process and keeping to the Budget. I also recommend the startup service on Kevin's suggestion delivered by Moe and his team.
The plaster looks good but the coping stone work is horrible (I'm only adding a few pictures). When I asked if someone will come to give it a nice finish, I've been told I have to pay extra. They didn't clean up after themselves (picture of my garage surround) Very bad communication during the entire process, the only time they are good at communicating is to collect money.
