I feel like being scammed by buying the package that I thought buy 3 get 3 as their consulted. After the 3rd time using service they still booked 4th appointment for me like usual without saying any word. Then after i used the 4th service they charged me for the service and tell me the 3-free are just the add-on (which I have never used as no one had mentioned to me before). Worst moment of my year being there half an hour ago, I scheduled a microdermabrasion treatment plus LED light treatment, using a coupon that I received on Priceline, I scheduled the appointment with the coupon information in person in the store, when I go to finish and pay the extra for a mask they tell me that it is not valid and that I have to pay for the treatment, when I first schedule my appointment with the coupon. I'm never going back. Thank you for making me lose money that I shouldn't have paid.
I highly recommend not only due to the quality of the treatment, which exceeded my expectations, but for the professionalism and excellent customer service I received. Lauren is just amazing!
