The staff is professional and courteous. The elevator has been out of service for a number of months. This makes it very difficult for seniors or anyone with a walking disability. If this continues we will have to relocate to another dermatologist.

My husband and I are new patients to this office. However I saw Dr. Epstein when she was with PH Dermatology. Love Dr Epstein. And we absolutely loved the experience we received from the moment we walked in the door. Super professional and very welcoming. I would highly recommend Dr Epstein and Clear Skin Dermatology. If I could have I would have given 10 stars.
Scheduled 3 months ago for a new patient appointment,to get in , on appointment day finally, sat 30 minutes past appointment time , made appointment to Address scalp and hair loss issues was the reason to begin with , person spent 10 minutes total with me and told me I would need to schedule a appointment to come back to go over hair issues, what the hell , I waited for a quick look over of my skin and my questions dismissed and told to come back so they can charge another copay and the insurance company $200 , terrible way ... read more
