Efficient check in. Friendly greeting, reasonable wait time, professional staff, good medical care
Clear skin office was pretty busy, but they were very efficient in checking me in right away and the wait was not long. Dr. Casey Viera was very personable and knowledgeable in my skin check up and prescribing what was needed. Thank you!
Excellent staff and Dr Epstein is wonderful but I had to wait 45 minutes to be seen. I am usually seen within 15 minute so the office needs to work on better time management.
Care I received was very good. One recommendation would be that there was an excessive amount of time (30 min) between my scheduled appointment and when I was taken back for service.
