Dr Cheng dropped me as a patient without any notice in the middle of hormone therapy replacement treatment. He cancelled my pending prescriptions and left me with no medications without ever contacting me. He still hasn’t. Is that legal? It certainly doesn’t seem ethical. Consequently, I would describe him as completely untrustworthy and someone that you cannot rely upon.
