I have been a resident here for around 4 years now. We’ve been pretty happy with the apartment complex. They are typically responsive which we do appreciate as far as maintenance needs go. Up until the last year they have done a great job at making sure the residents park in the limited parking spots and that the visitors park in visitor parking . As an international student, I had a very difficult experience living at this apartment complex. I had to find a new roommate at one point. I asked the management for help, but all they told me was to “check Facebook groups,” and offered no real support. I eventually found a new roommate on my own, but she didn’t pay her share of rent. Even though I always paid my share, the office kept calling me and pressuring me to cover her missed payments. I felt very unsupported and overwhelmed throughout the process.
