I am happy with the service and the staff.
I've gone to Dr Singleton for a couple of years. I'm very happy with his office. I always feel welcomed by the staff and well taken care of. Dr Singleton takes his time and answers all my questions. I recommend this office to anyone who might need an eye doc.
I want to start off by saying that the Doctor and the staff have very good attitudes, (Although by the end, they did gaslit me into thinking that I needed bifocals that I was getting old, that I had to pick between not being able to see things that are far away , meaning I needed to lower my prescription, or that I needed to change the frames into smaller ones because maybe the frames i picked were too large, I did not have to compromise either of those things with the new provider) I will say that it has been the WORST expe... read more
While the people at this place were friendly, the service left something to be desired. Before he even examined me, Dr. Singleton gave me a HARD sell on transition lenses for glasses. I told him that I don't need distance lenses and he replied that the tops would just be clear then. When I told him that I only wanted readers, he told me 'no you don't'. Repeatedly.
