Clear Pools over-charges and provides much less than promised service. They also sell add-ons which I discovered later are not required; e.g. they charged me to replace my filters once a year (pools were new to me) but for the past three years my new service just cleans them on a regular basis. They do not perform all the work they promise they will do; e.g. the pool needed to be vacuumed and the owner said his guy vacuumed the pool (I watch him do a quick check of the pool and he did not vacuum it, in fact, I never saw him ... read more
I will admit that I can't quite rate their service mainly because I couldn't get any. Was expressly told that they do not have the time or manpower to service my residential pool and I should try a smaller company. Gladly. Maybe they should put a notice on their website that they are not accepting any residential business at this time.
