We had a strange odor every time the furnace turned on. The crew took apart the blower and furnace housing, vacuumed out piles of dust, and performed coil cleaning to restore efficiency. They also sanitized the ducts and treated a mold spot in one vent line. The smell is completely gone, and our home feels much fresher. I was impressed by how much debris they showed us that came out of the system.
