I requested a duct cleaning when I saw black dust accumulating close to the supply vents. After discovering mold, the technicians thoroughly cleaned and treated the area. Additionally, they cleaned coils and furnaces. The mildew odor has vanished, and the air conditioner now cools more effectively.
We had a strange odor every time the furnace turned on. The crew took apart the blower and furnace housing, vacuumed out piles of dust, and performed coil cleaning to restore efficiency. They also sanitized the ducts and treated a mold spot in one vent line. The smell is completely gone, and our home feels much fresher. I was impressed by how much debris they showed us that came out of the system.
I’ve had my ducts cleaned before, but this was by far the best experience. The technicians really took their time and made sure everything was spotless. They even sanitized the system to prevent any odors. I love that they showed me the debris they removed it was shocking!

I was shocked at how much dust was coming from my vents, especially in the mornings. Technician Carla arrived and thoroughly cleaned the air ducts, explaining how buildup can spread allergens and bacteria. She suggested a UV light installation to improve air quality long-term, and also took care of the coil cleaning. Carla was very courteous, wore gloves and boot covers, and treated my home with care. Since the service, the air has been noticeably cleaner, and I no longer wake up with a scratchy throat.!!
