DBT helped me get through some of the roughest stages of my early life. It taught me how to manage emotions, control destructive impulses, and make better choices even when things felt unbearable. The tools I learned back then still guide me today—helping me stay grounded, accountable, and resilient no matter what life throws my way.
0/5. Her very own son added a 5/5 rating which is disgusting. But she also is consistently late to every single appointment that I have ever attended. She makes jokes about it instead of correcting her behavior. Many others can attest to this and have left for this reason.
Clear Path DBT is a phenomenal therapy group that has made a marked difference in our young adults lives. We found Dr. Kim by the grace of god when we did not know what else to do or where else to go. Her compassion, skill and knowledge in DBT is amazing.
