These people were hired by my condo to clean gutters. Following their request I moved my vehicle away from my laneway across the street - they managed to drop a roof ladder on my vehicle causing a lot of damage. Despite the workers immediately assuring me everything would be taken care of, not only the owner tried force me to accept a cash offer or take the car to his friend’s garage, he is now not responding to my insurance subrogation.
