Very good. I had a clogged downspout gutter, which happened several years ago. It was this company done the cleaning for me back then. So I called them again. When I called, they scheduled an appointment very quick, for the day after the next day. When they came, they figured out that my downspout is too small, could be clogged every few years with accumulation of sand and dry leaves, and suggested replacing it with a bigger one could permanently resolve the problem instead of cleanning the downspout.
