Lovely staff, Mellisa at front counter and optometrist Jeff, sorted something stuck in my eye within 30 minutes of it happening, such a great service to have in bargara.

I was surprised by this practices warranty policy having a pair of fitovers break, first time replaced. Second time not (all within the warranty period). Obviously they can use whatever reasoning they choose. I do spend a lot of money on my spectacles and I am very happy at my new optometrists.
A pair of glasses I purchased had a frame that broke twice in 13 months. The second time the frames broke I was told that I had to purchase a new set of frames for $109. This was unacceptable to me as I felt that the frames were defective especially when I could get a new prescription with two pair from SPECSAVERS for $199. Clear Optometry was adamant that I must pay again for a badly designed or defective pair of frames. Lost an arm off my glasses. Team had a new one within a couple of days and repaired glasses. Excellent service.
