You have to be crazy to use these guys. I feel like a total idiot for using them. They are soooo poor that they won't even respond to my BBB complaint. Horrible experience. I just wanted to add on to my previous comments. On June 25th, 2021 I contacted Randy about an issue (one among many). I also sent these pictures. It is currently February 8th, 2022 and Randy (after multiple promises that he would fix it) has never come to make the repairs and the soffits are still in exactly or worse shape than in these pictures. We are still waiting on a project that was done in December to be fixed correctly. The whole thing was a mess from the start (one excuse after another), nothing was done as quoted/documented. We gave the benefit of the doubt being a small company, and what 'appeared' to be someone who was willing to do good work and make it right. Very disappointed, at this point majority of the work will need to be re-done. Lesson learned.

Clear Mountain Building Inc is a very clean and professional company. Randy goes above and beyond to ensure that the client is happy with the services rendered and if they are not he will go back to make any corrections the owner asks.

I'm so disappointed in this company's work they did for me. They left trash that I had to clean up. He took shingles and a ply board back to the store and said he could get money back on these things. Did not do the gutters properly and unfinished. I would never recommend this company for anything. You can't grow a company by doing people this way.
