I cant say enough good things about Steve Lopez! He stepped in when another refi that I had started with a bank went sour. He had been texting me with emojis that I found quite amusing and I actually found his persistence charming. When I responded he jumped right in and answered all my questions. He is very honest and extremely responsive. My refi went through faster than I thought possible and without the silly appraisal. I have to say he's the best that I have encountered and I highly recommend him!
