I went to Tolly four years ago to get some much needed help with my soda addiction and my dislike of water. After only one session she was able to train my brain to detest soda (as I requested) and crave water. I went from drinking 4 bottles of Dr Pepper daily to drinking 6 bottles of water a day and I haven’t had a sip of soda in four years. My health has improved so much and I have sent several friends to her to help them as well. I can’t recommend her enough!!
Where to begin!? My experience with Clear Mirror Healing was an awesome and life-changing experience. I had tried many plans to lose weight and feel better about myself, but with only temporary results. The hypnotherapy sessions were so helpful for me and showed real results. Dr Tolley's depth of understanding, compassion and psychotherapy skills were the answer for me. Her rates are also very reasonable!
Tolley offers a very kind and welcoming judgement free environment, and her therapy is very effective. 10/10 would recommend.

Clear mirror healing has changed my life. I was so restricted by my anxiety I felt really down and then I found Tolley! She has a wonderful healing practice and it has changed my life so drastically for the better. I started sessions about a year and a half ago or so and the results are so uplifting!
