The clerk doesn't tell you it's paid parking. I didn't know until I pulled in the lot. Then it's too late! No place to turn around. I was told to arrive 15 min prior to my appointment. When I arrived there was a sign in the window stating their on lunch and no appointments until 100 pm Why am I here at 1230 for my "1245" " appointment then ?
No one wants to do their job here ever. I’ve gone 2 separate occasions for an xray which you can walk in for and both times told me they’re not doing X-rays or not taking anymore people that day. Then have the audacity to tell me that I still have to pay for parking? Absolutely not.

They tell you to arrive 15 min before your appointment or they will reschedule you "NO EXCEPTIONS" and then when you get there on the time they request, theres no one at the desk for 30 min for you to even check in. You have to pay in COINS to exit the lot which is insane. The staff is so dismissive and seem to get flustered over the most basic tasks, I don't even know what level of training goes into hiring...there was an elderly man waiting in front of us for 30 min clearly unable to even stand and the lady at the desk tel... read more
