I am giving 1 star as I assume the actual Xray will be fine. The service is horrible, staff are rude and speak to customers in a loud and authoritative way. The signing in the office warns against rude and aggressive behaviour. I works both ways. Patients are humans and what's more, we pay your wages. I was there for over 1 hour; Xray took 3-4 minutes. Sitting in a small cubicle in a thin gown for over 30 minutes with loud music blasting...I almost walked out. You can do better.
I got done my 2nd ultrasound and who ever attended me that lady was awesome, i don’t remember her name, she was so calm with showing me the pictures and everything she has done. Thankyou so much for making my ultrasound memories.
Whoever the woman is who books the appointments, she needs to be a little less abrasive. She has a horrible personality, and for a place as good as Clear is, I am seriously thinking of sending my ultrasound somewhere else next time. Hmm, after seeing other reviews, nobody has even responded to the upset patients! This is a horrible business! I’m canceling and I’ll go to Belle River instead!
