as long as you arrive early, you usually get an appointment. The only issue I have is that the stall where you change & wait for an xray is too small & the seat is very hard & too small. I had to wait 30min. & my back was killing me sitting on a hard seat that barely held half my bum. The stall is about 2x2' so it's very difficult to change in such a small space.
