Whoever runs and manages Clear needs to do a major overhaul. Hubby just diagnosed with a hernia needs an X-ray. Went in to book one with his rec and was told 6-8 weeks before they would get to and and another 4 weeks for an appointment. What kind bulk crap is this, he said their attitude was awful. They laughed when he said Dr said it should take @ 2 weeks! We need more diagnostic companies and not ones that have ratings if 2.5 or lower. This is our health we are talking about. How about posting online that your not doing xrays today august 29 instead of simply a paper stuck to door.
The woman at the window facing the wall was so rude to everyone. I listened to her attitude get worse with anyone who wasn’t native English speaking. She needs to be fired and this place investigated. They work for us and are paid by our tax money. These places make big money from us and throw out negative attitudes constantly. This is health careless not health care.
"Were not doing x rays today only ultrasound." Uhhh... what?
We called in and the call center says yea you can go get x-ray I come here and the girl says there not taking anyone it's 2 14 pm they close at 3 they won't book appointments for x-ray but they won't take you so you can leave work ...
