You wouldn't believe me if I told you. Stay away
Had an appointment for a routine ultrasound. Very pleasant technician and experience. Reception was welcoming as well.
The one lady at reception is very grouchy, no people skills at all. She should not be working the phone or with people. After one of the phone calls she made, the person she called obviously had some cognitive issues, this lady told the other girl she was working with that she should have transferred the call to her to deal with the patient. Everyone else around her cheered her rudeness. Everyone in the waiting area heard the whole thing. Very unprofessional.
