My original appt was canceled due to their strike,which was around November last year.Told they will call with new appt date after strike was over. No call. Called them, told don't need an appt for x-ray, just come in. I need a ultrasound done also, said they will call back within a week, never did. Went today to get the xray, only to be told xrays will not be done due to staff shortage. If i could give it zero I would. I was running late and they refused to help me and I actually heard them laughing in the back when reception asked. No one else was waiting in the waiting room and they didn't close for a few hours. Then they were rebooking a month out which I know is a tactic used in the medical field as a punishment for late or missed appointments. All of this because I was a few minutes late. Ridiculous.
I waited 30 minutes and in that time staff took paperwork from five patients. Not one was brought in for bloodwork. I left and went to another lab in Windsor. I walked in and out of the lab with no wait.
This review is for the entire company not this specific location. Dropped off my ultrasound requisition at a Clear location and was told I would receive a call within two weeks to book an appointment. It’s been over two weeks so I called their number. I was on hold for 30min then my call was ended by their system.
Terrible customer service, weeks and weeks waiting for appointment calls, just for you to call them and then they tell you they can't book an appointment yet ?!?! , never a good experience dealing with this company. I feel bad for their staff.
