Subject: Complaint Regarding Service Experience at Clear Image Services I am very disappointed with Clear Image Services. I went for an X-ray and was told that would be fine because the X-ray was easy. I asked how long it would take, and the front desk person stated it would be 1 hour and a half. What this clinic lacks is professionalism. And here I will specifically adress the xray technician, in my case it was a gentleman. When you are curt and tactless with someone who is disabled? Shame on you. You do not know the circumstances of the person in front of you. I sat in my truck feeling so little, after being attacked by you verbally. Went to this location for the first time today with my son. The two receptionists were incredibly kind to both of us. One of them went above and beyond, talking with my son and giving him dinosaur stickers (because she asked what he had been for Halloween and he told her a T-Rex!), and ensuring he got his x-ray in a timely manner. Went in today, the receptionist was super nicer and same with the technician. However an older lady called me on the phone to get more information and let’s just say she needs training on how to talk to people and to have better customer service.
Whoever runs and manages Clear needs to do a major overhaul. Hubby just diagnosed with a hernia needs an X-ray. Went in to book one with his rec and was told 6-8 weeks before they would get to and and another 4 weeks for an appointment. What kind bulk crap is this, he said their attitude was awful. They laughed when he said Dr said it should take @ 2 weeks! We need more diagnostic companies and not ones that have ratings if 2.5 or lower. This is our health we are talking about.
