Heaven help you if you’re 10 minutes late due to issues beyond your control. They’ll only let you be 5 minutes late or else you have to rebook.
A perfect example of the broken medical system in this city. If you want to be treated like cattle go here.
Long wait , for an x ray. They said 1.5 after hour and half , when I approach the lady at the reception saying atleast an hour more . I see 15 people waiting ahead of me , after an hour. At the TMC location. Very bad system .
I"ve had quite a few ultrasounds with Clear but this one hands down was the best in my opinion. Had one on my shoulder last week, I think the Tech"s name was Shraron who was very informative and pleasant and very thorough. Thanks A.D. Montgomery
I wish I could give zero Stars I don't understand why we have a monopoly of a x-ray company in our city but the referral form said the TMC location was open late and I drove there and they were closed. The next day I went to the one on Lauzon which had signs in the windows stating x-rays are no longer available here. They are a horrible service.
