Showed up at 1:55pm and they're not taking anymore X-rays. Suggests coming in at 8am to make sure we get in. This is every day.
Useless and lazy people
Years ago this place used to be staffed with nice friendly people. Never had an issue with scheduling or wait times. Now it is like walking into a haunted house. The negative energy from the staff is overwhelming. Unfriendly. Never using ANY of their locations again. If the management can't see these reviews and make changes, I won't give them my business.
Absolutely the worst place to go I waited 3 months for a mammogram and got caught in construction on the way there, I was only 7 minutes late, and they turned me away. There was no one in the waiting room! The test it self is like 7 minutes. I told her I tried to be here on time, then she booked a month after. Like please give me a break… Give us some wiggle room. Just so everyone knows. Xray hours are not 8am-4pm. They stop accepting requisitions at 1:00pm for xrays. So don’t count on this place on the weekend unless you get there before 1:00pm.
