It was a bit confusing as there are 2 offices close to each other but once in the right place, checked in, waited 10 min and zip..right in. Staff are awesome, lots of parking and Tim's is near🤣🤣
I am giving 1 star as I assume the actual Xray will be fine. The service is horrible, staff are rude and speak to customers in a loud and authoritative way. The signing in the office warns against rude and aggressive behaviour. I works both ways. Patients are humans and what's more, we pay your wages. I was there for over 1 hour; Xray took 3-4 minutes. Sitting in a small cubicle in a thin gown for over 30 minutes with loud music blasting...I almost walked out. You can do better.
I got done my 2nd ultrasound and who ever attended me that lady was awesome, i don’t remember her name, she was so calm with showing me the pictures and everything she has done. Thankyou so much for making my ultrasound memories.
